Quick Look: Ozone Endurance Chamois Cream

Whilst certainly not the cheapest chamois cream on the market, this latest addition to Elite’s Ozone range has been developed using feedback from sponsored riders and testers, who should know what’s what.

The thicker formulation reduces the amount you need to apply as it is not as easily absorbed into the latest generation of synthetic inserts and cooling Menthol oil has been added to provide enhanced comfort on longer rides.

In common with the original Protect Cream chafing and inflammation is countered through the use of natural botanicals and essential oils, making this an essential product for those long summer days in the saddle.

  • Premium protective chamois cream
  • Formulated to be thicker with a cooling menthol sensation for long-lasting protection on high mileage rides
  • Ozonized natural ingredients have effective anti-bacterial properties and assist skin recovery
  • Can be used before cycling as a preventative measure, or afterwards to alleviate any soreness
  • Speeds healing of cuts and abrasionsTested by professional riders for use on all-day spring classics and multi-stage races, also ideal for sportives and long-distance tours

Rapha Brevet Jersey Review

Designing a jersey for long distance Audax riding is what Rapha have in mind with the Brevet jersey. It features no fewer than six pockets; three at the rear, a zipped side, a larger freight carrying central, and a waterproof one on the chest. Obviously a lot a thought has gone into creating this garment, weighing in at a dutiful 294g.

Sizing from XS-XXL and costing an eye watering £155,the hi-viz pink jacket will bring you to any drivers attention, it has plenty of reflective areas with mesh sides and shoulders to avoid any wind getting trapped causing it to balloon.

The pair looks very striking and would certainly not look out of place at the likes of Paris-Brest-Paris in August. Information available at www.rapha.cc
